Birch came into fruition when I realized how frustrating it can be to try and sell a wedding dress online (over a year of trying? Really?). I quickly learned that the emotional environment was just as (if not more) important than the price when brides are shopping for their dream dress. I knew there had to be another way. At Birch Bridal Boutique we marry a hassle free sales experience with a luxury buying experience. This means, We do the work for you, we rent your dress for you, making consistent money back or sell your dress faster!
What else does Birch offer to Cosigners?
At our Boutique, you can consign with confidence. I handle all transactions (and hassle) to ensure your dress is seen by brides and cared for properly. We even offer free pick up in the Flathead valley. You no longer have to worry about strangers coming into your home, coordinating fittings and figuring out how to get paid! We lovingly care for your wedding dress until we find its lucky new bride.
How much would my dress rent for?
We would rent your dress for anywhere between $250 and $750.
Do I need to pay for anything?
Nope, zero, zip! You bring the dress in ready-to-rent condition and we will take care of all costs from there. That means we cover dry cleaning and repairs in between rentals.
What happens when my dress is rented?
Each time your dress is rented you will receive 25% of the rental price.
What if I need my dress back?
Once notified, we will have it ready for you within one week. If your dress is currently reserved you will be able to pick up your dress one week after the rental date.
What can you consign with Birch:
To ensure that we deliver a luxury experience for our brides we accept the following listed items.
Wedding dresses 2012 or newer, shoes, boleros and belts in new or like new condition (e.g no rips, stains or tears) and that meet what our current brides are looking for in terms of style.
To ensure authenticity we may ask for your original purchase receipt.
What if my dress is damaged?
We will always fix any repairable damage. If your dress is damaged beyond repair, we will pay you the full, used value of the dress that we agree upon in the contract before starting to rent the dress.
Will my dress be carefully handled?
Yes! This is our top Priority. We work with serious bridal professionals, including seamstresses with extensive training,to create a worry-free handling, storage and trial process. We keep detailed reports of the condition of your dress after every use.
Will I receive updates on my wedding dress?
Absolutely! We will contact you whenever there is a serious interest in your gown so you are aware of its status at all times.
What happens if my dress doesn’t rent?
We work our very hardest and safest to get your dress rented out. However, in the event that your beautiful dress doesn’t sell, you can pick up your dress from our boutique.
Do you accept dresses from outside of Montana?
Yes! We do accept dresses from all over. We can help you arrange the shipping of your gown so that it can be sold in our boutique.
